it was guangzhou's attempt to live up to the "flower city" name AHAHA. someone who worked in r&f said that the plot of green in front of the building was changed everyday for a week because on day one it had too many flower, day two: too little trees, day three: too many trees, day four: too many red flowers, day five: too little bushes, day six: not enough flowers, and on day seven, they finally got it right.
